Prior to considering an applicant's membership request on GeBTL.com, it is
required for the applicant to fully read, understand and accept the
following outlined terms and conditions by checking the corresponding
box on the membership request from related to GeBTL.com terms & conditions.
Hereafter, "I", "My", "Me", means an applicant requesting membership on
the GeBTL.com as a
Member.
1- Definition of terms:
1.1- Information refers to all elements in any shape or form, which are
available through the GeBTL.com.
1.3- GeBTL.com refers
to the Internet and/or entranet based platform that is the depository
for storing information provided by the members of the of the GeBTL (GeBTL,
Global executive
Business & Trade Links).
1.4- Member(s) refers to an individual(s) or entity(ies), which has
registered with the on GeBTL.com to post information on GeBTL.com or
utilize information provided by GeBTL.com.
1.5- Membership refers to approval and issuance of Username and
Password, by GeBTL indicating the official
acceptance of a Member for the purpose of permitting to post
information onto
the GeBTL.com or accessing the ones already available for the
purpose of legitimate offering and requesting goods and
services for both public and private organization at the global level.
1.6- Account Information refers to legitimate and
mandatory personal and organizational information, which are required
to be submitted to GeBTL.com at the time of requesting a Membership.
1.7- Business Opportunity Posting and BOP refer to an offer of or
request for product,
service or business opportunity by a member on GeBTL.com. A
BOP is identified with a unique number and labeled with specific
viewing limitations set by the member, who originally posted the BOP on
GeBTL.com outlining what membership level may be permitted to view
contact details of a BOP.
2- Membership
Fee:
2.1- I agree to register on GeBTL.com according to the fee schedule
outlined in the membership request form upon the receipt of the
electronic invoice from GeBTL and/or third party fund transaction firm,
which GeBTL at its discretion has selected for this purpose. Moreover,
I fully understand and acknowledge that Membership payment made by me
is not refundable. Furthermore, I fully
understand that GeBTL, at its sole discretion, may
amend the Membership Fee and charges from time to time in accordance
with the criteria established by GeBTL. Revised Membership
Fee and charges will
be reflected on the GeBTL.com.
2.2- I fully understand and acknowledge that GeBTL may apply a
surcharge to any bounced payments by me for the Membership re-directed
by the issuing Financial Institution and/or third party funds
transaction firm, which has been selected by GeBTL at its sole
discretion for processing the Membership fee payment.
2.3- I agree that I am personally responsible for the
accuracy of posted membership Account Information, which will be used
by GeBTL for processing the Membership Fee. Also, I fully
understand and acknowledge that GeBTL may terminate or suspend my
Membership on GeBTL.com for non-payment, and that such termination or
suspension encompasses all activities related to my Membership on
GeBTL.com.
2.4- I
fully understand and agree that should I decide to upgrade my
Membership Type during the existing term of different Membership Type,
the paid fee for existing term of the current Membership Type will not
be transferred to the upgraded Membership Type and will not be reimbursed by GeBTL. Additionally, the NEW Membership Fee for the Upgraded Membership Type will be due immediately.

Information, Confidentiality, Privacy and Security on Internet:
3.1- I acknowledge that GeBTL or GeBTL.com cannot ensure the privacy
and authenticity of any information that transmitted on the Internet,
and I agree that GeBTL or GeBTL.com will
not be liable for any damages that I incur, if such confidential
information communicated from me to GeBTL or
GeBTL.com or vice versa over the Internet.
3.2- I agree not to disclose my GeBTL.com Username and Password to any
third party. Accordingly, GeBTL or GeBTL.com is not
liable for any damage that I incur as the result of my omission in
safeguarding my Username and Password. I
further agree that I am personally responsible for the use of my
Username and Password on GeBTL.com and I
agree to personally put reasonable security procedures in place
regarding the use of my Username and Password and
further agree to notify GeBTL and GeBTL.com
immediately of any unauthorized use of my
Username and Password.
3.3- I acknowledge that any of the Information that I receive via the
GeBTL.com is owned either by Member(s) or Member Organization(s) that
has issued the Information or by GeBTL. Therefore, I agree that I will
not use, store, copy, or reproduce the Information, distribute, or
disclose it to any third party, except for the sole purpose of having
such third party assist me in evaluating an opportunity or preparing a
response to a online posting within GeBTL.com by prior obtaining the
written permission of the issuer of the information. I further agree
that I will not sell, distribute, publish or otherwise disseminate to
any third party, or make available for the purpose of resale to any
third party, any Information received from or through the use of the
GeBTL.com without the prior written consent of GeBTL or Member(s) or
Member Organization(s).
3.4- I acknowledge that links to other websites, references to
products, or publications other than those of GeBTL at this Website do
not imply the endorsement or approval by GeBTL of such websites,
products, or publications. Furthermore, GeBTL is not responsible or
liable for the content presented on these links including posting
claims, endorsements, or names. Accordingly, I acknowledge that these
websites are not part of GeBTL or GeBTL.com and GeBTL has no control
over their content or availability.
3.5- I fully understand and agree that by choosing to respond to a BOP
or posting a BOP for the other Members to respond to, I authorize GeBTL
and GeBTL.com to reveal my contact information to other registered
Member and Member Organizations, who has originally posted the BOP on
GeBTL.com and authorized users of the GeBTL.com at any time and in any
format for the purpose of meeting the requirements of the GeBTL.com and
according to the criteria set by me in a BOP.
4- Internet, e-mail and electronic notifications:
4.1- I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for reading
and complying with any notices, warnings or disclaimers posted on the
GeBTL.com site or contained in other communication from GeBTL. I
furthermore acknowledge that GeBTL or
GeBTL.com is not responsible in any manner for direct, indirect,
special or consequential damages, howsoever caused, arising out of use
of the GeBTL.com, or the reliance on the information it contains.
4.2- I acknowledge that considering many shapes and media existed to
date as e-mail platform or processing medium, it is NOT a guaranteed
delivery method and is subject to what is conventionally referred to as
ANTI-SPAM filter that may impact the delivery of the email to my
personal and business email accounts. Therefore, I acknowledge that
GeBTL or GeBTL.com will not be responsible for an email once it has
left the GeBTL.com Server unless the delivery failure is caused solely
by the gross negligence of GeBTL or GeBTL.com.
4.3- I acknowledge that GeBTL or GeBTL.com is not responsible for
forecasting and/or actual downtime of the Internet in specific country
and/or globally for any period related to any unforeseen reason.
Accordingly, I acknowledge that GeBTL or GeBTL.com is not responsible
for any financial damages, which I incur either directly or indirectly
as the result of such condition.
5- Posting a BOP and modifying a posted BOP:
5.1- I acknowledge that acceptance of my Membership by GeBTL will not
guarantee an online posting of a BOP. In specific, I acknowledge that
my BOP may not be directly and or indirectly related to and or
reference and or contain any content of the Weapon/Arsenal, Narcotics,
Gambling and or Sex/Prostitution nature. I further acknowledge that should
the content deemed not suitable by GeBTL at its sole
discretion, GeBTL
has the rights to either reject the BOP before becoming available
online on GeBTL.com or remove such BOP at any time thereafter.
Furthermore, I acknowledge that the body of BOP may NOT contain my
contact information or any of the third party. In such case, I
acknowledge that GeBTL at its sole discretion is permitted to remove
such information at the time of approving a BOP.
5.2- I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for content of my
BOP, its accuracy, and related functionality of hyper links and
attachments, if any. Although GeBTL may be contacted to resolve any
technical issues caused by the functionality of the GeBTL.com, if any,
I acknowledge that GeBTL is not responsible for accuracy and
functionality of BOP and issues with Internet in general.
5.3- I fully understand and agree that, while every reasonable effort
is made to ensure that all software provided at the GeBTL.com are
suitable for use on a wide variety of computer systems, taking
reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses,
and ensure compatibility of the software with my specific computer
system is my prime responsible and not the responsibility of GeBTL and
GeBTL.com.
5.4- I understand that posted BOP by me must be approved by GeBTL prior
to being viewable online by other Members. Furthermore, I fully
understand that upon approval of my BOP, it remains viewable on
GeBTL.com for one month only. Upon expiration of this period,
the BOP is taken automatically off line allowing me to further renew it
for another month. In such case, the approval of GeBTL is a
prerequisite for BOP becomes viewable online. This process may be
repeated as many times on monthly basis as deemed necessary by me to
keep a BOP viewable online on GeBTL.com. I further understand that
although the content of a BOP may be changed as many time as necessary,
each modification will take the BOP off line needing the approval of
GeBTL to become viewable again on GeBTL.com.
5.5- Upon either expiration of the duration of the posting or
fulfillment of its requirement, whichever comes first, I acknowledge
that I am personally responsible for deletion of the posting within
parameter of the supported means provided by GeBTL.com. Otherwise, I
acknowledge that I comply with the notification forwarded by GeBTL to
either renew or delete the posting. If I omit to act upon a
notification from GeBTL.com, I acknowledge that GeBTL is permitted to
act on my behalf and take the necessary action.
6- Membership Termination & Expiration:
6.1- I acknowledge that GeBTL may terminate and/or suspend my access to
GeBTL.com via an electronic or online notification at any time and for
any reason, including my omission for regarding the on time payment
of the initial or renewal membership fee. I fully understand that
in case of termination of my membership, my Username and Password submitted online to the GeBTL.com may be discarded.
6.2- I may terminate my membership on GeBTL.com by notifying GeBTL
electronically, at which case I acknowledge that my remaining credit on
my membership account will not be reimbursed by GeBTL. Furthermore, I fully understand that in case of termination of my membership, my Username and Password submitted online to the GeBTL.com may be discarded.
6.3- At the time of annual renewal of my membership, at the same that I
have the privilege of renewing my membership while I acknowledge that
the rights are to be remained with GeBTL to review my membership and to
either accept or refuse it without any obligation for further
clarification.
6.4- In either case of suspension
or termination of my membership, I agree that information disclosed to
me via GeBTL or GeBTL.com will be discarded. Furthermore, I acknowledge
that such information may not be used for any other purposes
thereafter, and not be sold to others for any reason. Any omission on
my behalf to comply with the clause may bear further financial
and legal liabilities for me.
7-Upgrading Membership:
7.1- I acknowledge that I have the privilege of requesting to upgrade
my membership type up to and including the Platinum. In such case, upon
approval of my membership upgrade request at the sole discretion of
GeBTL, I acknowledge that membership on GeBTL is calculated based on 12
equal monthly installments for the duration of 365 days from the date of
approving a membership request and/or upgrade. Upon requesting to
upgrade my membership, I acknowledge that by preserving my current
Membership Number, upon approval, the request will generate a new start
date reflecting the date of approving my upgrade request with a
membership for 365 days thereafter, and the new amount of your 12 equal
monthly installments will increase to the appropriate one corresponding
to the level of membership requested by me to be upgraded rounded to
the nearest dollar. I fully understand that, upgrading my membership
will generate a new invoice payable by me and final upgrade of my
account will depend on the full payment of the new membership fee by
GeBTL.
8- Liability:
8.1- I acknowledge that GeBTL or GeBTL.com assumes no responsibility
for the availability, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any of
the Information, or for the fitness of such Information for any
particular purpose.
8.2 - I acknowledge that GeBTL and its officers, directors, employees,
agents and subcontractors will not, under any circumstances, be liable
to me for damages, including direct, indirect, special or consequential
damages, even if GeBTL or GeBTL.com has been advised of or could have
foreseen such damages, arising out of my use of or reliance on the
GeBTL or GeBTL.com. For greater certainty, such damages shall include,
without limitation, damages in respect of loss of profit, loss of
business revenue, failure to realize any expected savings, and any
claim made against me by a third party. I further agree that I
will indemnify and hold harmless GeBTL or GeBTL.com and its officers,
directors, employees, agents and subcontractors for any loss, damage,
cost, expense, liability or claim suffered or incurred by, or made
against, GeBTL or GeBTL.com arising out of our breach of this
Agreement, or our fraud, misrepresentation, negligence or willful
misconduct in my performance or non-performance under this Agreement,
but my liability in any one year under this Agreement will be limited
to the value of the charges incurred by me for the GeBTL or GeBTL.com
in the twelve months preceding of claim of GeBTL or GeBTL.com or demand
against me.
9- Assignment and Laws of Application:
9.1 - I agree that these terms and conditions will be governed by the
laws of country of my residence and/or business practice, whichever
applicable or both, as it is deemed applicable by GeBTL or GeBTL.com.
9.2- I agree that GeBTL or GeBTL.com may
assign these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, without my consent, and I
may not assign these terms and conditions in whole or in part.
10- Trademarks and Copyright:
10.1- Certain names, graphics, logos, icons, designs, words, titles or
phrases at GeBTL.com may constitute trade names, trademarks or website
marks of GeBTL or other entities. Trademarks may be registered in
Canada and in other countries as applicable. The display of trademarks
on pages at GeBTL.com does not imply that a license of any kind has
been granted. Any unauthorized downloading, re-transmission or other
copying or modification of trademarks and/or the contents herein may be
a violation of federal or common law, trademark and/or copyright laws
and could subject the copier to legal action.
10.2- All Information at GeBTL.com is protected under the copyright
laws of Canada and in other countries. In addition, certain information
may be copyrighted by others. Unless otherwise specified, no one has
permission to copy, redistribute, reproduce or republish in any form,
any information found at GeBTL.com.
11- Changes to this terms and conditions:
11.1- I agree that this terms and conditions supersedes any prior versions governing the GeBTL.com. I further acknowledge that from time to time GeBTL, at
its discretion, may amend the provisions this terms and
conditions. In such case, GeBTL is required to provide me with
notification of such changes on GeBTL.com or via e-mail notification.
